| 1.Open a new blank PowerPoint slide. |
|
| 2.Draw a nice large circle and then duplicate it. |

| 3.Arrange the circles so they are offset as shown at the right. |

| 4.Double-click the “top” circle. |
|
| 5.Change the color if you want, and change the transparency to about 50%. (For older versions, use the paint bucket tool to change the fill color to “no fill”) |

| 6.Use the text box tool to add labels and to add information to the sides and center of the venn diagram. |
